Demonstration after election at Temperance Mark Lodge
 
Temperance Mark Lodge, No774 held their December on Tuesday 16th at Garston Masonic Hall.  WBro Steve Cornwell opened the lodge and cleared the items of the summons.  The main item was the election of offices for the ensuing year.  Bro Steve Williams was declared Master Elect.

WBro Gordon Sanford was declared Treasurer and WBro Tony Cross declared Tyler.   With the elections completed the next item was a demonstration of the ceremony Advancement.  Unfortunately, the recent bout of flu had limited the number members attending the meeting.
 
This meant that everyone had to take a part in the ceremony, including the two visitors; WBro Geoff Roberts enhanced his reputation for his interpretation of the Senior Deacon’s role.  The PGM’s Special Rep WBro Steve Walls took the office of senior deacon. 
 
It was a very enjoyable ceremony and a very worthwhile exercise.  WBro Steve Cornwell before closing the meeting thanked the secretary, WBro Sandy Kean for all the hard work he puts in for the Lodge.  With the Lodge closed it was time for the festive board.

On this occasion the meal was curry and not a full Christmas dinner.  Temperance Mark Lodge send Season’s Greetings to all.
